Who we are
The Outcome Unit Limited is a company with a social aim to provide specialised consultancy, research and training services for community, faith and voluntary sector organisations. Our approach focuses on strengths found in organisations of whatever size, enabling them implement sustainable solutions, whilst celebrating the impact and difference they offer our society.
Our background;
The Outcome Unit was formed in 2015 by Carol Hebden, who wanted to share her twenty four years of experience of being active within the charitable sector to help community, faith and charity organisations achieve their aspirations of making a difference.
Committed to the notion of generosity and fairness within our society, Carol’s journey within the charitable arena began following an AIDS related death of her friend in the late 1980’s. Her friends death was the motivation to volunteer which started being alongside those living with HIV and other life threatening illnesses. Since the mid 90’s, Carol undertook different roles, such as volunteer, practitioner and senior management, leading on services alongside those experiencing disadvantage to live a fulfilling life.
Since the Outcome Unit, was formed Carol continues to share her diverse insight through specialist consultancy, training and research services, helping organisation tell their story of difference.
